北海道留辺蘂出身。
1999年、恵比寿レストランモナリザ本店にて修行を始める。
2006年に渡仏し、三つ星レストランをはじめとしたレストランで修行。
2009年にレストランモナリザ丸の内の料理長となる。
2012年にはレストランモナリザ恵比寿本店でも料理長を務め、
2016年に白金にて木漏れ日をコンセプトにした
ラクレリエールをオープンし、ミシュラン一つ星を獲得。
2025年に南青山にmærgeを開く。

Born in Rubeshibe, Hokkaido.
In 1999, he began training at the main branch of Restaurant Mona Lisa in Ebisu.
In 2006, he moved to France and trained at various restaurants
before becoming head chef of Restaurant Mona Lisa Marunouchi in 2009.
In 2012, he also served as head chef at Restaurant Mona Lisa Ebisu,
and in 2016, he opened La Crerière in Shirokane, based on the concept of
sunlight filtering through the trees, which earned him one star.
